Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 per annum

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move into teaching-no prior teaching experience is required. If you have industry knowledge and a desire to inspire the next generation of engineers, full teacher training and qualifications will be provided.
The Role:
You will deliver engaging and practical learning to a diverse group of students, including full-time learners and apprentices. Teaching will take place across both workshop environments and classroom-based theory sessions, helping students develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching in mechanical engineering maintenance
Support and assess students across practical and theoretical learning
Contribute to curriculum development and student progression
Provide guidance and mentorship to learners at various stages of their training
Requirements:
Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering Maintenance (or equivalent)
Relevant industry experience in mechanical engineering
A passion for developing others and sharing knowledge
Willingness to work towards a teaching qualification (fully funded)
