Job Title: HR Advisor

Salary: 40,000
The Opportunity
As an HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees, you'll provide expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters while supporting the full employee lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries across the business
- Providing expert advice on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management
- Supporting managers with recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and up to date
- Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes
- Supporting change management and organisational development projects
- Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with employment legislation
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels
About You
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build trust
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Solutions-focused with a proactive and professional approach
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
