Job Description
An expanding Quantity Surveying team in Southeast London are looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record of independently leading projects.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working across a diverse range of projects including housing, education, cladding, and regeneration schemes valuing up to 100m.
As well as undertaking a project delivery role, there is a clear opportunity to undertake additional management and/or client facing duties - tasks that will support your pathway to Associate.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- Ideally MRICS, but not essential
- UK PQS / Construction Consultancy experience
- Comfortable delivering multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent pre contract knowledge
