Uploading and maintaining technical documents across platforms such as SharePoint and TrustMark
Following crib sheets and established processes with precision
Supporting the Technical Team with a variety of administrative tasks
Preparing and updating Excel spreadsheets, collating and checking data carefully
Managing electronic filing systems to ensure records are accurate, up to date, and accessible
Liaising with colleagues to ensure all documentation is completed correctly and on time
Previous administration experience, ideally within a technical or project-focused environment
Excellent attention to detail, with a methodical and accurate approach
Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience with SharePoint or similar document management systems is an advantage
Organised, reliable, and proactive, with strong communication skills
May also suit a graduate with an interest in the clean energy industry
Full training will be provided
Office-based role in Coventry, working Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm
