Role and Responsibilities:

• Handle a varied caseload of residential matters including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Manage files from initial instruction through to completion while keeping clients updated
• Draft and review documents, order searches, investigate titles and progress matters through to exchange and completion
• Provide clear, practical and tailored advice
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple offices to maintain excellent service standards

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing, covering both freehold and leasehold matters
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate legal issues clearly
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and a strong commitment to client care
• Ability to manage your caseload independently while being an effective team member
• A proactive, professional and positive approach
