We're recruiting Food Operatives to join a friendly and growing team at a well-established bakery in the Oakham, LE15 area. What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting in the preparation and packaging of baked goods
• Operating machinery and maintaining production flow
• Ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are met
• Working as part of a supportive team to meet daily targets
• No items heavier then 9KG

What We're Looking For:

• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in food production is a bonus but not essential
• Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
