The Fire Risk Assessor's Role
The Fire Risk Assessor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive fire risk assessments across commercial, residential, and public sector properties.
The Fire Risk Assessor will identify hazards, evaluate risks, and provide clear, practical recommendations to ensure full compliance with current fire safety legislation. The role also involves producing detailed reports and liaising with clients to support ongoing safety improvements.
The Fire Risk Assessor
The successful Fire Risk Assessor will hold:
- NEBOSH Fire Certificate (Level 3)
- Level 4 Fire Risk Assessment qualification
They will demonstrate strong knowledge of UK fire safety regulations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively. Previous experience working as a Fire Risk Assessor across multiple environments is highly desirable.
