Zachary Daniels are very pleased to be representing this incredible international Restaurant Group in the market. They're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our London-based team, reporting into the Head of Marketing. This is a pivotal role within the business, responsible for leading one of this group's core restaurant marketing streams across multiple sites and brands.

You'll own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for your channel-driving commercial performance, brand strength, and guest engagement across a diverse and growing portfolio.

Working closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Digital, Social and Restaurant Operations, you'll play a key role in shaping their wider marketing direction while delivering high-impact, integrated campaigns.

Key Areas of Focus:

Brand & Strategy

  • Own and evolve channel strategy, translating commercial goals into insight-led plans
  • Ensure consistent, compelling brand execution across all touchpoints
  • Support menu launches, pricing and value positioning

Campaigns & Delivery

  • Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
  • Manage the marketing calendar and align with wider business activity
  • Partner with Operations, Digital and CRM to ensure effective execution

Channels, CRM & Performance

  • Own channel performance across all owned platforms
  • Work with CRM/data teams on segmentation and personalisation
  • Set KPIs, analyse results and optimise future activity

Partnerships & Local Marketing

  • Deliver partnerships, activations and local marketing initiatives
  • Ensure all activity is commercially driven and on brand

Leadership & Stakeholders

  • Act as a senior partner across teams and manage agencies
  • Support and develop junior team members

Governance & Standards

  • Manage budgets, forecasting and reporting

Experience Needed:

  • Proven senior marketing experience in hospitality, retail, leisure or multi-site consumer brands
  • Strong track record of delivering end-to-end strategy with commercial impact
  • Expertise across integrated campaigns, CRM, owned channels and performance marketing
  • Confident stakeholder manager with experience leading agencies, budgets and complex projects
  • Commercially minded and data-driven
