Job Title: Paraplanner

Location: Southampton

Salary: £35,000+ (DOE)

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing financial planning firm based in Southampton. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, tailored advice and offers a supportive and collaborative working environment.

They are looking to appoint a Paraplanner who can provide technical and research support to Financial Advisers, helping ensure clients receive clear, well-structured recommendations and an outstanding overall service.

The Role:

• Provide technical support to Financial Advisers across a range of planning cases
• Carry out research on investments, pensions, and protection solutions
• Prepare review documentation and supporting analysis
• Draft suitability reports aligned to client objectives
• Assist in developing financial planning strategies and recommendations
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance standards are met

The Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience within paraplanning or financial services technical support
• Level 4 Diploma qualified or actively working towards completion
• Good understanding of core financial planning products
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage workloads effectively
• Motivated to develop professionally within a planning environment
