Front of House Receptionist

Leeds City Centre
26,000 - 29,000 DOE
Full-time, Permanent (35 Hours Per Week)



The Role

We are recruiting for a professional and friendly Front of House Receptionist to join a growing business in Leeds. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.



Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage meeting room bookings, set-up, and refreshments
  • Ensure meeting rooms and reception areas are well-presented at all times
  • Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team
  • Assist with office coordination and internal projects where required


Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • Shift pattern between 8:00am - 5:30pm
  • Occasional flexibility for events or out-of-hours support


What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role (preferred)
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confident using office systems and technology
