Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing mechanical designs to ensure they meet industry standards and client requirements
- Providing expert advice to clients on mechanical engineering solutions
- Policing and monitoring compliance of water companies with mechanical standards and practices
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise process performance
- Generating detailed reports on mechanical process performance and recommended improvements
- Conducting on-site inspections to validate mechanical installations
- Supporting project management teams with technical expertise and insights
Job Requirements:
- Experience in mechanical engineering within the water sector
- Strong understanding of mechanical processes and design principles
- Ability to review and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent advisory skills with a client-focused approach
- Strong policing and monitoring abilities regarding compliance standards
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
