The Role
As a Registered General Nurse, you will:
Deliver high-quality nursing care across a variety of clinical settings
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support and implement patient care plans
Monitor and assess patient's conditions, responding appropriately and escalating concerns when required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using electronic systems in line with professional standards
Report to ward managers or clinical leads
We're Looking For
NMC-registered RGN with relevant clinical experience
Enhanced DBS clearance
Three years of employment references
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
A compassionate, patient-centred approach with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams
