Housing Development Manager

Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our valued client, a reputable , local, not for profit developer , to appoint an experienced Development manager on a 12 month contract to cover maternity.

• Knowledge and experience of the development process within housebuilding from land acquisition through to sales
• Good knowledge of central and local government housing strategies & policies.
• A proven track record of achieving successful planning consents for residential schemes within a housebuilding environment
• Knowledge of legal matters around land acquisitions, contracts and s106 agreements
