Salary: 26,678- 29,987 (negotiable up to 34K DOE) + OTE 40K in 1st year, uncapped commission
Location: Peterlee 37.5 hrs/week Hybrid after 12 weeks

What you'll do:
- Make outbound calls to SMEs using high-quality data
- Build rapport, uncover needs, and close deals
- Manage your pipeline, hit targets, and generate leads for other services
- Handle objections like a pro and maximise every call
Who we're looking for:
- 12+ months B2B outbound sales experience
- Confident on the phone with strong relationship-building skills
- Target-driven, organised, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in utilities/water is a bonus, but strong sales skills matter most
