The company is well recognised for their ability to design, procure, and install a variety of fa ade systems for some of the most prestigious multimillion projects in London. As one of the UK's top installers of bespoke building envelopes they need a capable Estimator to strengthen and support their current team. Your role as Estimator will be pre-construction focused to support the commercial and design teams, winning projects for the operations teams to deliver. Duties will include: Subcontractor Quotation evaluations Cost Planning Value Engineering Take Offs and measurement Subcontractor engagement Risk Analysis Reviewing the Tender documentation. Developing the Tender design by proposing building details and construction methods. Estimating the cost of the internal production activities. Searching potential external suppliers. Managing price requests to external suppliers. Compiling the Tender submissions. Monitoring Tenders after submission and respond to any further requests by the client. Your role as Estimator will be pre-construction focused to support the commercial and design teams, winning projects for the operations teams to deliver. Duties will include: Subcontractor Quotation evaluations Cost Planning Value Engineering Take Offs and measurement Subcontractor engagement Risk Analysis Reviewing the Tender documentation. Developing the Tender design by proposing building details and construction methods. Estimating the cost of the internal production activities. Searching potential external suppliers.
