Job Description

Operations Administrator - Temp to Perm Opportunity
Location: Leeds City Centre (Office-based)
Pay Rate: 14.00 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday)
Start Date: ASAP

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Operations Administrator to join a well-established and fast-paced financial services environment on a temp-to-perm basis.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured setting, has strong attention to detail, and is confident working with a variety of systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support across operational teams
  • Accurately processing data and maintaining internal systems
  • Handling queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Supporting process improvements and maintaining compliance standards
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet team objectives
