We are helping recruit an experienced Project Manager to join the team on an initial 6-9-month assignment. This is a busy and varied role where you'll take ownership of a portfolio of initiatives.
You'll be responsible for managing programmes end to end - from design and delivery through to evaluation and continuous improvement. The role involves close engagement with a wide range of stakeholders including businesses, delivery partners, internal teams and senior leadership.
You'll oversee governance and financial processes, develop business cases, manage procurement activity and produce high quality reporting and communications for senior audiences, including board-level committees.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills/experience:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience managing full project lifecycles, including design, delivery, monitoring, evaluation and ongoing improvement.
- Evidence of making effective, independent decisions that have driven successful project outcomes.
- Experience developing and maintaining strong project controls to support governance, reporting and accountability.
- Proven ability to manage budgets accurately and confidently.
- High IT competency, including experience with CRM or database systems.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and influence effectively.
