Overview

An international maritime organisation is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of its professional training and development programmes.

This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring all learning products, ranging from online courses to in-person workshops and certification schemes-are delivered to a consistently high standard.

Working closely with internal teams and external instructors, the successful candidate will take full ownership of delivery planning, coordination, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of all training programmes and learning events
  • Oversee the delivery of courses, workshops, certification schemes, and recognition services
  • Ensure all programmes are delivered on time, accurately, and to a high-quality standard
  • Manage and coordinate logistics, including scheduling, resources, and instructor engagement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for instructors, ensuring smooth delivery and support
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to administrative support to ensure efficient operations
  • Monitor delivery performance and implement improvements where required
  • Maintain high standards of learner experience and engagement across all programmes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide feedback and continuously improve offerings

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in an education coordination, operations, or delivery-focused role
  • Maritime industry knowledge or exposure is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Proactive and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable working with both internal teams and external partners
