Building Surveyor - 12 month Interim

Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a uniquely prestigious landlord owning a mix of historic residential, rural, agricultural and commercial property across the South West, to approach and appoint an interim Building Surveyor to job their busy technical team on an initial 12 month Fixed Term contract (Maternity cover) with possibility for openings into a permanent role should a request to increase headcount be approved.

You will be responsible for taking a variety of projects through all stages from inception to completion, including tender, Specification of works and client side project management to ensure projects are completed within agreed timescales and quality standards.
