• Identifying and engaging qualified candidates for various field engineering roles
• Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future project needs
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and project goals
• Utilising various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screening and evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinating and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
• Maintaining detailed records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities
• Providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers and recruitment teams

• Experience in the oil and gas sector, particularly in field engineering roles
• Strong understanding of the skills and qualifications required for field engineers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site without hybrid options
• Relevant qualification in engineering or a related discipline is preferred
