Job Description

We are recruiting Customer Service Representatives to assist passengers, handle ticketing and enquiries, and maintain a safe and welcoming station environment.

Customer Service Pay:

Salaries starting from 24,781.

Customer Service Role:

  • Support passengers by assisting with journey planning, ticketing, and railcards.
  • Delivering updates on train times and service disruptions, and handling enquiries or complaints professionally.
  • Managing ticket sales, refunds, and compensation claims.
  • Offer assistance to passengers who require extra support and ensure accessibility and excellent customer care.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming station environment through routine cleaning, waste management, hazard reporting, and safety checks.
