The Role:
Build and develop strong relationships with existing clients while generating new business through proactive B2B sales
Source high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and advertising
Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for roles
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate registration through to placement
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering tailored recruitment solutions
Establish yourself as a market specialist and grow your personal brand
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven track record of hitting targets
Confidence in building relationships and managing client accounts
Strong communication and influencing skills
Resilience, ambition, and proactive mindset
A genuine drive to succeed in a target-driven, high-performance environment
