Senior HR Advisor/Junior HR Business Partner

Loom Talent are partnering exclusively with a really exciting brand who are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join them on an interim basis supporting a split of both operational and office-based headcounts.
The business of c500 employees based across two sites are looking for a HR professional to support on a maternity cover - someone who can hit the ground running and be comfortable turning their hand to anything and everything.
The Role is basically a little bit of everything - a true generalist position
- Be the first point of contact and escalation point for all ER cases, partnering closely with the key stakeholders on best practise
- Review all HR processes and policies ensuring the HR support and function is fit for purpose for business needs
- Ensure all HR data and reporting is up to date and accurate including all compliance and business guidelines
- Additional project anything from benefits reviews, management coaching and EVP/Brand
- Support the business from an L&D perspective partnering with external. Vendors to deliver effective and relevant trainings
What they are looking for
- An immediately available candidates (or on short notice) comfortable to hit the ground running and commit to a busy fixed term contract
- Experience operating in a generalist role at a similar level
- Comfortable with the commute to Leicester with some ad hoc travel to Northamptonshire
