Customer Service Advisor - 25,000 Per Annum - 31,000 Per Annum
Location: Haverthwaite
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Overview
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Haverthwaite. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team, acting as a key point of contact for customers and ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times.
You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and supporting the wider business to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Providing updates on orders, deliveries, and product availability
- Handling customer queries, complaints, and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Building strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Liaising with internal departments including production and logistics
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems
- Supporting general administrative tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
- A proactive and problem-solving approach
- Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
