You'll handle a varied caseload, including High-Net-Worth financial matters, Children Act proceedings, international work and TOLATA cases. You'll work closely with Partners, contribute to the team's growth across Stamford and Rutland and play a key role in business development. Some travel and occasional out-of-hours commitments are required for meetings, training and client work.
About You
You will be:
- A Family Lawyer with 6+ years' PQE
- Experienced across high-value financial remedies, children matters and wider family disputes
- A strong communicator with excellent client-care skills
- Proactive, organised, commercially aware and confident in handling complex cases independently
- A supportive team player who enjoys mentoring others and contributing to business development
