The Role
As a Customer Financial Support Advisor, you'll handle a variety of customer interactions across phone, email, and live chat. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver fair, compliant, and solution-focused outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing:
Working Hours
Monday to Friday across rotating shift patterns:
Plus the occasional Saturday (08:00 - 14:00).
