Hays is working with a well known residential estate agency and, due to upcoming organisational growth, the agency is expanding its team and seeking a Property Manager who thrives on responsibility, problem solving, and providing excellent customer service. Your new role

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive outstanding service.
• Oversee the full property management process-from move in to move out.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, coordinating contractors and ensuring efficient resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and tenants through clear, professional communication.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures.
• Work toward key performance targets and contribute to overall team success

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 1 year's experience in property management, lettings, or property sales.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive problem solver with initiative, resilience, and a hands on approach to challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A professional, people centred mindset.
• Full UK driving licence
