The Opportunity

We're working with a growing Fire & Security specialist delivering projects across commercial environments nationwide.

They're looking for an Installation Engineer, ideally with experience on addressable systems, to join their team.

This is a role built for engineers who want variety, flexibility, and strong earning potential without being stuck in the same routine.

The Role

You'll be installing Fire and Security systems across a range of commercial sites, primarily in the South, with occasional UK travel.

There's real flexibility here. Many engineers build their hours Monday to Thursday and take Fridays off.

What You'll Be Doing

Installation of Fire alarm systems, ideally addressable
Installation of CCTV, access control and intruder systems
Working across commercial sites and sectors
Travelling to sites across the UK when required
Occasional nights away, typically 5 to 6 per month

What We're Looking For

Experience installing Fire and or Security systems
Ideally strong knowledge of addressable fire systems
Comfortable working away when required
Good attitude and willingness to maximise earnings
Full UK driving licence

What's On Offer

35,000 - 45,000 basic salary
50,000 - 60,000 OTE with overtime
Time and a half after 8 hours per day
Paid travel time minus 30 minutes each way
