Are you an experienced Commercial Maintenance Electrician looking for steady work across well known commercial facilities?We have multiple temporary roles available, each covering one specific area, working across a variety of commercial buildings and multi site environments.
The Role
We're seeking several skilled Commercial Electricians to carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, testing and minor installation works across commercial sites.These may include: Leisure centres Office buildings Retail outlets Public buildings ️ Industrial light spaces
You'll work independently or alongside a wider maintenance team, keeping buildings safe, compliant, and fully operational.
Key Duties

• Planned & reactive electrical maintenance
• Fault finding & diagnostics across multi site environments
• Emergency lighting checks
• Minor installations, component swaps & small works
• Electrical testing & inspection (EICRs)
• Ensuring all work meets commercial compliance standards
• Professional communication with building managers & site staff

What You'll Need

• 18th Edition
• Commercial or facilities maintenance experience
• 2391 / 2394/95 (or equivalent) preferred
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites
• Strong troubleshooting & problem solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
