We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants, including those with experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), to join a welcoming and supportive school in Tipton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in children s education and development. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, offering flexibility to suit your availability.
About the Role:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils, including those with SEN
- Assisting with classroom management and promoting positive behaviour
- Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Supporting pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development
- Following safeguarding and school policies at all times
The Right Candidate Will:
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or a similar relevant qualification)
- Have experience working with children in a school or educational setting (SEN experience is desirable but not essential)
- Be patient, caring, and committed to supporting children s learning
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills
- Be reliable, adaptable, and proactive in the classroom
- Have a genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed
