Technical Surveyor Responsible for the Building Services aspects to fully meet the annual requirements of the Councils revenue and capital programmes.
2. Advise, develop and implement client approved planned, cyclical and day to day maintenance programmes and related services such as:-
- Planned Preventative Maintenance
