This rare opportunity is one not to be missed, they are looking for a dynamic, client focused Store Manager to head up the stunning location where you will be at the sharp end of our client's retail portfolio.
The ideal candidate will ideally have a strong fashion or accessory background, excellent commercial focus and is used to managing a larger team.
Roles and Responsibilities as a Store Manager
- As the Store Manager of the high-profile flagship, you will be part of the senior area leadership team and will work on a series national and local events and meetings.
- You will nurture the client experience to the highest levels and work closely with the team to help drive sales, build lasting loyalty to the Brand.
- Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plan.
- Drive client development activities among individual team members to cultivate new and existing clients.
- Operationally, you will manage efficient back of house team and ensure consistency with established operational procedures.
- Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices. Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures.
Other Store Manager Duties Include:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the store and increase sales.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the retail fashion market, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

- Proven experience in retail management
