Are you passionate about creating safe working environments in complex infrastructure projects? We're seeking a dedicated HSE Supervisor to oversee and promote best practices across a dynamic project portfolio. This role involves supporting on-site safety, ensuring regulatory and company standards are met, and driving continuous safety improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with risk assessments and method statement reviews to ensure practical safety controls.
• Monitoring compliance with HSE legislation, company procedures, and site protocols.
• Supporting incident reporting, investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
• Engaging with various teams to promote safety awareness and coordinate safe work practices.
• Conducting site inspections and audits to verify adherence to safety standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A recognised HSE qualification (e.g., NEBOSH General Certificate).
• Experience working within a construction, engineering, or infrastructure environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation, site safety standards, and industry best practice.
