• Partner with Technology leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned to business goals.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on all permanent hiring activity.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Technology roles, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
• Provide market insights and expertise on talent trends, competitor activity, and hiring best practices.
• Drive direct sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre technology talent.
• Influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and recruitment expertise.
• Ensure consistent application of recruitment best practices across the Technology function.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
