We are looking for a motivated Health, Safety and Environment Business Partner to assist a leading manufacturing company by providing practical safety support across multiple sites.

This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to safety initiatives, support site managers, and help promote a positive safety culture.

Responsibilities of the Health, Safety and Environment Business Partner will include:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of SHE procedures and policies
• Supporting SHE activities and initiatives at different sites within the region
• Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure safety standards are met
• Carrying out incident investigations and helping to develop corrective actions
• Providing support and advice to managers and employees on health and safety matters

The successful Health, Safety and Environment Business Partner will have:

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Experience in health and safety within a manufacturing or high-risk environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to influence others
• Willingness to travel regionally across the south of England
