We are hiring an Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join a high-growth, high-performance team specialising in technical and engineering markets.

About the Role

This is a full 360 recruitment position, focused on engineering sectors including civil, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and infrastructure.

You will take full ownership of your market developing client relationships, sourcing top engineering talent, and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. From day one, you ll have the autonomy to build your own desk with genuine long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development by winning and growing engineering clients
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from client briefing through to placement
• Source, screen, and place high-quality engineering candidates
• Build and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships
• Develop deep expertise within your chosen engineering niche
• Contribute to team growth and support junior consultants as you progress
