- Hold a strong academic background in Mathematics - a 2:1 degree or above from a reputable university, ideally in Maths or a closely related numerate discipline, preferably Russell Group
- Can demonstrate experience working with secondary-age pupils in a teaching, tutoring, or mentoring capacity within a UK school or educational setting
- Show a clear ability to plan and deliver structured sessions with evidence of measurable pupil progress
- Are confident working within established whole-school behaviour and safeguarding frameworks
- Are committed to a permanent, long-term role and ideally to pursuing QTS through a recognised UK teacher training programme
- Are legally entitled to work in the UK - the school is unable to provide visa sponsorship
