Field Sales Designer - Bespoke Furniture
Location: Yorkshire & Manchester (Field-Based)
Pay: 7% commission on net sales value

The Role
We are looking for a confident and motivated Field Sales Designer to join our team. This role involves attending pre-booked customer appointments across Yorkshire and Manchester, discussing design options, measuring the space, and creating bespoke furniture layouts using CAD.
You will guide customers through the design process, turning their ideas into practical and beautiful solutions while securing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend pre-booked appointments with customers in their homes
- Discuss design ideas and recommend suitable bespoke furniture solutions
- Accurately measure spaces and create designs using CAD
- Prepare quotes and follow up with customers to secure sales
- Provide a professional and friendly customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Strong sales ability with a consultative approach
- Confidence meeting customers in their homes
- Experience using CAD software (or willingness to learn)
- Good attention to detail when measuring and designing spaces
- Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your own schedule
- Full UK driving licence with your own vehicle and business insurance
- This is a self-employed role
Earnings
- 7% commission on the net value of each sale
- Typical sales are 4,000- 5,000 per project, offering strong commission potential
