Drive a Forklift truck and operate machinery to move produce. Complete any necessary paperwork. Any other duties as required by Management. The Person Candidates should hold a Forklift Truck licence. Be comfortable working in a cold factory environment. Previous experience of working within a process industry would be advantageous. Be a strong communicator. Be able to work well individually and as part of a team. Be self motivated and able to manage own workload. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting management with the safe, efficient operation of the site Operating mobile plant and equipment safely and effectively Handling incoming raw materials and supporting weighbridge processes Ensuring high standards of site cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance Supporting traffic management and helping with paperwork as required Playing an active role in meeting environmental and production standards What We re Looking For We re looking for someone with a practical, can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-moving environment. Ideally, you ll bring: Experience in a manufacturing, recycling, or FMCG setting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Confidence handling raw materials (some heavy lifting required) Attention to detail and commitment to quality & safety standards (HACCP) Basic IT skills and willingness to complete relevant training A forklift truck licence (advantageous, but not essential) Most importantly, you ll be reliable, hardworking, and ready to grow with us.
