Role: Customer Account Assistant
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Up to £30,250 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Hybrid - 3x days remote working, 2x days in the Lincoln office
We're looking for a confident and proactive Customer Account Assistant to join a healthcare technology business in a commercially focused support role. You'll be joining a collaborative team, supporting a mix of sales, customer and marketing activity. There will be the opportunity to learn the business, products and customer base in depth while developing broad commercial experience in a supportive environment.
This role would suit someone early in their commercial career or someone with previous customer service, sales support or account coordination experience who enjoys working closely with customers and internal teams.
