Mechanical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 25m MEP package on a high-profile commercial refurbishment project in the heart of Bond Street.

This is a flagship, design-led scheme involving the upgrade of a prestigious commercial building, with complex mechanical installations, tight logistics, and a high-end client finish. You will play a key role in ensuring successful delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the mechanical package from pre-construction through to completion
• Manage programme, procurement, subcontractors, and on-site delivery
• Coordinate with electrical, public health, and main contractor teams to ensure seamless MEP integration
• Lead design reviews and ensure buildability of mechanical systems (HVAC, plantrooms, pipework, BMS interfaces)
• Oversee installation quality, commissioning, and handover processes
• Manage project budgets, cost reporting, and commercial performance
• Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements

Salary will be negotiable but between the 90- 110k bracket.
