We are an independent car dealership established in 2006, supplying new cars, approved used cars and commercial. Our showroom is located at Victoria Bridge on the main Omagh to Strabane Road.
We are now seeking to recruit an experienced company accountant.
Duties to include;
- Accounting activity including maintaining nominal ledger, journal entries, checking invoices, financial analysis etc
- Maintaining debtors ledger and credit control
- Completion of monthly Bank Reconciliation and Trial Balance.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts to assist with ongoing budgeting
- Preparation of VAT returns/EC Sales/INTRASTAT
- Processing Employee Payroll
- Organise and manage company holiday requirements
- Analysis of time recording
- Dealing with and organising year end requirements for the Accountant
- Assist with projects as required
What do we look for?
- Qualified or part-qualified in CIMA/ ACA/ ACCA or equivalent
- Strong experience in accounting and financial systems
- Strong IT skills including proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Software
- Strong work ethic and adaptable attitude
- Good communication skills with professional and courteous manner
