About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a flexible and varied role across a range of school settings. You will play a key role in supporting pupils with diverse needs, helping them to access learning and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
Support teachers in delivering personalised learning plans
Adapt resources and activities to meet individual learning needs
Promote pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
Monitor and record progress, liaising with the class teacher and SENCO
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Work flexibly across different year groups and settings
Contribute to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
About You
We are looking for candidates who:
Have previous experience supporting children with SEND in a school setting
Demonstrate a strong understanding of strategies for supporting complex needs
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Are adaptable, flexible, and able to respond to changing needs
Are committed to inclusion and safeguarding
Hold a relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) - desirable
