At Nurseplus, we are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Norwich branch, focusing on business development and 360 recruitment within the healthcare sector.

This is a 360 recruitment role, where you will be responsible for both winning new business and recruiting candidates. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong client relationships, and develop a pipeline of high-quality healthcare staff.

• Develop new business opportunities and win new clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Source, screen, and interview candidates

• Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy to placement

• Build and maintain a pipeline of healthcare candidates

• Fill client bookings and vacancies

• Work towards and exceed sales and recruitment targets

• Ensure compliance with company and healthcare recruitment standards

• Experience in recruitment, sales, or a target-driven environment

• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

• Motivated, resilient, and results-driven

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Commercially aware and driven to succeed

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• £25,000

• profit share bonus + on call payments
