As a Finance & Operations Manager you will take ownership of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and audit, alongside overseeing governance, compliance and operational delivery across the organisation. The Finance & Operations Manager will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and senior stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making through financial modelling, risk management and effective business operations. This role would suit a proactive Finance & Operations Manager with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and experience using finance systems such as Xero within a professional environment.
