Are you ready to lead operations at one of the UK's most iconic sporting venues? We're looking for a Catering Operations Director to oversee all food and beverage services at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales, delivering exceptional experiences for fans and guests while driving innovation and operational excellence. As a senior leader, you'll take full ownership of our newest S&E contract, overseeing and leading the mobilisation, operational strategy and performance. You will oversee event day delivery whilst ensuring every aspect of our retail and hospitality offering meets the highest standards. Leading a team of key stakeholders, working closely with the Culinary, Finance, HR, Retail, Hospitality and Sales teams, you'll create an efficient, guest focused operation that sets new benchmarks in stadium hospitality. This is a permanent on site position working weekdays and weekends.
