We are seeking an experienced and personable Hotel Reception Manager to lead a busy and committed front desk team at a popular hotel, located on the outskirts of Ashford, Kent. The successful applicant should already be experienced leading a hotel reception team, or possess experience gained from a customer facing hospitality environment. Leading a team of 5, covering both daytime and nighttime operations, your primary objective is to ensure that every guest has the very best of experiences throughout their stay.
