Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across site equipment Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently to minimise downtime Fault finding and troubleshooting on PLC-controlled machinery Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance Work closely with production teams to ensure minimal disruption to operations Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with health & safety standards Key Requirements: Electrically biased with relevant engineering qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent) Proven experience in a Maintenance Technician or similar role within a manufacturing environment Strong PLC fault finding and troubleshooting experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Good communication skills and a flexible attitude If you are an electrically biased Maintenance Technician looking for a new opportunity in Cardiff with excellent work-life balance and career prospects, this role is not to be missed.
