About the role:

To provide support to customers in the field; ensuring that the company is represented in a professional manner and managing on-site installations, repairs, and diagnostics.

  • Troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical and mechanical equipment.
  • Providing service and customer support during field visits.
  • Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining solutions.
  • Producing detailed service reports.
  • Operating vehicles and machinery in a safe manner.
  • Following company procedures and protocols.
  • Cooperating with technical teams and sharing information across the organisation.
  • Making appropriate recommendations and briefing on repairs, diagnostics, and equipment specifications.
  • Building positive relationships with customers.

Key Sills and Requirements:

Technical Expertise, Auto electrics: 3 years (preferred).

The role requires significant travel, all over the UK, ability to work independently.

Clean full UK driving license essential.
