Showroom Host

Our client, a well-established automotive dealership, is seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist / Showroom Host to join their team.

The Showroom Host will be the face of the dealership, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all visitors have a positive first impression. This position offers a unique opportunity for a customer-oriented individual to thrive in a professional environment.

Duties:

• The Showroom Host will warmly greet all visitors upon arrival and manage customer flow
• Manage incoming calls, direct enquiries, and support customer needs
• Assist customers throughout their visit, ensuring a high level of service
• Perform general administrative tasks to support team operations
• Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom and waiting area environment
• Oversee the refreshments station, ensuring supplies are stocked and served efficiently
• Support the wider team with ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• The Showroom Host must be available to work on Mondays and Wednesdays; these days are non-negotiable
• Flexibility to work additional hours across other weekdays is preferred
• Previous customer-facing or receptionist experience is desirable
• Experience in the motor trade sector is advantageous but not essential
• The Receptionist / Showroom Host should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, approachable, confident, and professional
• Highly organised, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a busy environment
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
